Adding Members to a Pathway

Once your pathway is set up, you can begin adding members.

  1. Within the Pathway, select Add People.
  2. Choose whether you want to add existing members or non-members.
    1. Existing members are those who are already a part of your Called community.
    2. Non-members are those who are not yet within your Called community.

Add Existing Members

To add someone who is already a member of your community:

  1. Search for the individuals.
  2. Select the checkbox next to their name.
  3. Select Add Members. The selected members will be added to your pathway within the first phase.

Add Non-Called Members

You can also add someone who is not currently a member of your community.

  1. Select the Non-Members tab.
  2. Enter their first name, last name, email, and role.
  3. Select Add Members.
  4. Add the individual to the pathway. Those individuals will be added to your pathway within the first phase and also will also invite them to your community.
