Called+: Profile Cards

We want to equip leaders with tools to better know and keep track of their members.

Member Profile Card: 

The Member Profile Card helps equip leaders to know their members better.

You can now click on any member within the Members list, and their member profile card will appear. Within this profile card, you will see:

  • Last Active Date: this is the date they were last active within that community
  • Contact information (if provided) 
  • Groups they are a part of within your community
  • Notes (more information on Notes below)

Notes: 

With notes, you can keep track of important information and details for specific members. You can make notes for any member and set those notes for public or private use.


  1. Click in the “Add a note…” field.
  2. Type your note out. 
  3. Click the checkbox next to “Public” to make the note public, or keep the note private by keeping the box unchecked. 
  • Private notes: when you set a note as “Private,” only you can see it.
  • Public notes: when you set a note as “Public,” all community leaders will see it.

4. You can delete a note once you create it by hovering over the note and clicking the trash icon.


Note: Once you create a note, you can not edit it.
