Organizations and Groups auto-create a group chat thread with all members included.
To start a new chat with an individuals or start a group chat with a few individuals:
1. Go to the chat screen
2. Tap the purple pencil icon
3. Select the members you would like to start a chat with
4. Tap "Create Chat"
