How to create a new chat?

Organizations and Groups auto-create a group chat thread with all members included.
To start a new chat with an individual or start a group chat with a few individuals in the mobile app:
1. Go to the chat screen
2. Tap the purple pencil icon
3. Select "Message"
4. Choose the member(s) you would like to start a chat with
5. Type in the "Enter Message" field
6. Hit the arrow icon when you're ready to send
