Creating and editing Pathway phases

Phases are the columns in your pathway board. They represent the different steps or stages in a process.

Add a Phase

  1. Within a Pathway, select Add Phase.
  2. Enter the phase details.
  3. Save your changes.

Edit a Phase

To update a phase:

  1. Select the pencil icon on the phase.
  2. Edit the title or description.
  3. Save your changes.

Use the description to clarify what the phase means and what needs to happen before someone moves to the next step.

Reorder Phases

You can change the order of your phases at any time.

Click and hold the phase at the top of the column, then drag it to the position you want.
