# Event Attendance

## Called makes it easy to track who attended your events so you can follow up with confidence and ensure no one falls through the cracks.

### **How Members Check In**

When a member RSVPs **Going** or **Interested** to an event, they'll receive a reminder notification encouraging them to check in before the event starts.

Once they check in, their attendance is automatically recorded and visible to leaders.

### **How Leaders Check In Members**

Leaders can manually check in members at any time during or after an event.

1. Go to **Events**.
2. Select the event.
3. Click **Attendance**.
4. Find the member you'd like to check in.
5. Click **Check In**.

This is helpful if a member forgets to check in themselves or doesn't have their phone available.

### **Viewing Attendance From Previous Events**

Attendance is available for all past events on Called web.

1. Open **Events** on Called Web (https://web.called.app).
2. Within the calendar view, you can scroll back and select a **past event**.
3. Click **Attendance** and you can see those who checked in.

Members who were checked in will appear at the top of the attendance list, making it easy to quickly see who attended.
