How to create event sign ups

With Event Sign-Ups, you can create volunteer opportunities and item sign-ups directly within an event, making it easy for people to step in and serve without the extra coordination work, all while keeping your events, communication, and sign-ups in one place.

• Create sign-up slots for volunteer roles or items people can bring within any event.
• Let members easily sign up directly from the event and provide details about what they're bringing.
• Automatically updates a member's RSVP status to "Volunteer" when they claim a sign-up slot, so they can easily see when they're serving.
• Easily check in volunteers and contributors on event day.
  
  

To create a sign up:

1. Go to "Events"
2. Create a new event
3. Scroll down to "Sign Up Form" and start adding opportunities to serve for your event
4. Create event

Signing Up:

- Once created, anyone can view the sign up form and easily sign up for one or multiple things as well as add additional notes.

- Once someone signs up, their RSVP status will change to "Volunteering"
