Managing members in the Pathway
Move People Through a Pathway
You can manually move people to the phase that best reflects where they are in the process.
1. Click and drag a person to any phase on the pathway.
As someone progresses, move them to the next phase so your team has a clear view of their current status and next step.
View a Person's Profile
To view more information about someone in a pathway, click on their name.
This will open their profile so you can review their information and better understand how to support them.
Remove Someone from a Pathway
To remove someone from a pathway:
- Select the three-dot menu on the member's card.
- Select Remove.
*Removing someone from a pathway permantely removes them from the board. It does not remove them from your community.
