Why Your Community Appears as Paused
When a community shows as paused, it means the account subscription isn’t currently active. This usually happens for one of a few reasons: the 30-day trial is completed and the subscription wasn’t activated, a payment was missed, or another reason.
For Community Leaders
A paused account limits what you and your members can access. You won’t see community chats, events, news, or groups until the account is active again. Nothing is deleted. All activity and history will return the moment the account is reactivated.
You can reactivate your account anytime by going to Manage Communities inside Called. If you’re unsure what caused the pause or need help getting everything back online, our team is ready to support you. Please reach out to customer success.
For Members
If you see that your community is paused, connect with your community leader. They’ll be able to share what’s happening and when access will be restored.
