Leaders have the ability to report incorrect age for a minor or adult.
Ensuring accurate age information for all members is essential for maintaining a safe environment. If you come across:
1. A member who is a minor, but they are not indicated as a minor in the Members section or
2. A member who is an adult, but they have the minor label
Take these steps:
On web & desktop:
1. Go to the Members section.
2. Find the member you want to report.
3. Click on the three dots by their name and click "Report" and then click "Report Incorrect Age."
In the mobile app:
1. Go to the Community of Group details.
2. Click into the Members section.
3. Find the member you want to report.
4. Click on the three dots by their name and click "Report" and then click "Report Incorrect Age."
This will require that the member update their birthdate. You will be notified within the Members section when they have updated their birthday.
*Note: When a member is reported, they are unable to get into chat until they update their birthday.
