What is the Onboarding Pathway?

As people join your community, the pre-built Member Onboarding Pathway helps you track their progress from invitation to engagement. See who has joined, understand where they are in the onboarding process, and make sure no one is overlooked during those important first interactions.

Onboarding Phases:

1. Onboarding: these are individuals who have been invited into your community. During this phase, individuals receive an invite email with follow-up reminders at 3, 7, and 14 days or until they join the community. 

2. Joined Community: Once an individual accepts the invite and joins your community, they will automatically move to this phase.

3. Member Engaged:Once a member has actively engaged within your community, they will automatically move to this phase. Example: if member engages in chat, RSVP's to event, joins a group, etc.
