Here is who can view posts in any News Feed:
Posting as an Organization: all Groups that belong to a given Organization will see your post by unselecting all of their filters on the News tab to see Organization-wide news.
Posting as a Group: all of your Group members will see your post if they have selected your group in their filters on the News tab.
