Chat Channels

Chat Channels give leaders a simple way to start public conversations around a topic. 

• Community Admins & Leaders can create new channels directly in the Called app and web products.

• All community members are automatically added to channels, ensuring everyone stays included from the start.

To create a Chat Channel:

1. Within chat, select the "+" create option
2. Select "Channel"
3. Add the channel name
4. Select the community you would like the create the channel in
5. Select "Create Channel"

Once you create, all members are automatically added to that channel.
